In the NFL, the draft is the lifeblood of every team. It's how they acquire new talent and build their rosters for the future. But not all drafts are created equal. Some teams have a knack for finding diamonds in the rough, while others seem to whiff on their picks year after year.
So, which teams have had the best drafts in recent years? To answer that question, we took a look at the past seven NFL drafts (2016-2022) and ranked each team based on how many games their draft picks have played in the NFL.
The results are somewhat surprising. The teams that have had the most success in the draft are not necessarily the ones with the most money or the most prestigious reputations. Instead, it's the teams that have been able to find and develop talent, regardless of where they were drafted.
